Real Luck Group Ltd and its subsidiary companies doing business as Luckbox, a provider of licensed, real money esports and sports betting, has confirmed that CEO Thomas Rosander will present and host one-on-one meetings with investors at the Sidoti Fall Virtual Investor Conference, on December 9, 2021.
Toronto Stock Exchange listed Real Luck Group is a pure play esports betting company, which went public on the TSXV at C$0.42 in December 2020. Luckbox allows users to watch and bet on esports (video game) tournaments.
The firm is fully licensed to accept customers in over 80 territories as a B2C and B2B provider for esports, sports betting and casino games, and closed a C$17.8 million, oversubscribed and upsized private placement on March 10.
Rosander said: “Our team has worked hard this year to recalibrate the Luckbox platform, and that work is on track and almost complete. We will launch casino this month, as communicated previously, meaning we are perfectly positioned going into 2022.
“We will support our casino launch with a marketing strategy that I have successfully used in prior roles with other online gaming companies.
“I am looking forward to updating investors at the Sidoti Virtual Investor Conference on our progress and outlining our upcoming catalysts for the rest of this year and next.”
